The Windmill Mentorship Program pairs skilled Canadian professionals (mentors) with Windmill
clients (mentees) to help them navigate the Canadian workplace, build confidence and grow
their careers.
What it takes to be part of our mentorship program:
Mentors contribute to the community and share their expertise with Windmill clients who are skilled immigrants pursuing their careers in Canada.
If you have over two years of experience in your field in Canada you can join as a mentor.
Gain valuable insights into the Canadian workplace through a structured, personalized mentorship experience.
