We’re proud to share that Windmill Microlending has been recognized as a Great Place to Work®.
Great Place to Work® certification is based on employee feedback gathered through an independent survey about workplace experience, trust and culture. In other words, it reflects what our team has to say about what it feels like to work at Windmill.
For Windmill, this recognition matters because people are at the centre of the work we do to support skilled immigrants as they work toward Canadian licensing and career goals. Doing that well takes a team that feels supported, respected and able to bring their full strengths to the work.
In our results, we excelled in areas that matter deeply to us, including justice, community and competence. Put simply, our staff told us that fairness and inclusive behaviour are strong, that teamwork and camaraderie are real and that leadership and management are trusted.
